Leadership Conference 2026 (Day 3)
The Greatest Leader Jesus Christ spoke about this difference in responsibility:
Luke 16:10-12
"He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much. If therefore ye have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true riches? And if ye have not been faithful in that which is another man's, who shall give you that which is your own?"
*A Manager is RESPONSIBLE for someone else's vision and resources.
*A Kingdom Apostolic Leader has his/her own vision (even when it is carried out within, or in conjunction with someone else's vision).
Here are nine Kingdom Apostolic Leadership Points:
1. The Manager administers; the kingdom Leader Innovates.
2. The Manager is a copy; The Kingdom leader is an Original.
3. The Manager Maintains, The Kingdom Leader Develops.
4. The Manager Relies on Control, The Kingdom Leader Inspires trust.
5. The Manager has a Short - Range View, The Kingdom Leader has a long - Range Perspective.
6. The Manager Ask How and When, The Kingdom Leader Ask what and why.
7. The Manager Imitates; The Kingdom Leader Originates.
8. The Manager Accepts the Status - Quo; The Kingdom Leader
Challenges It.
9. The Manager does things Right; The kingdom Leader does The
Right Thing.
A WORKING DEFINITION OF KINGDOM LEADERSHIP
It is the capacity to INFLUENCE others through INSPIRATION generated by a PASSION, MOTIVATED by a VISION, birthed from a CONVICTION, PRODUCED by a PURPOSE.
RE - APPOINTMENT NOT DISAPPOINTMENT
Philp. 3:12
"Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, If that I may apprehend that for which also I apprehend of Christ Jesus"
Re - appointment is a New Beginning in Kingdom Apostolic Leadership.
Paul lesson in life was to "Let go of what lay behind and PRESS TOWARD all that LAY AHEAD."
When you are disappointed in the work of Leadership, immediately get reappointed.
Let go of the causes of your disappointment and PRESS TOWARD what God has for you:
1. NEW VISION.
2. NEW PLAN.
3. NEW IDEAS.
4. A FRESH OUTLOOK.
5. NEW MIND - SET
Many Kingdom Believers are self - satisfied because they compare their Kingdom Life, with that of other Kingdom Believers and Non - Believers. Paul did not compare himself with others, he compared himself with Jesus Christ. He said he has not arrived yet at "perfection" (Philp. 3:12), but his is "perfect (mature) (Philp. 3:15).
WARNING AGAINST FALSE ESTIMATING OUR SPIRITUAL CONDITION:
1. The Church at Sardis (Rev. 3:1), had a reputation without reality.
2. The Church at Laodicea (Rev. 3:17), boasted that it was rich when in
God's sight it was "wretched and miserable and poor, and blind and
naked".
3. In contrast to the Laodicean Church the believers at Smyrna
thought they were poor, when they were really rich (Rev. 2:9).
Self - evaluation can be a dangerous thing for a Kingdom Apostolic Leader if they err in two directions!
1. Making Ourselves Better than we are.
2. Making ourselves Worse than we really are.
Our attitude should be like Paul as a Kingdom Apostolic Leader, there should be no illusion about how we are, but keep "PRESSING FORWARD" to "Lay Hold" of that for which Christ laid hold" of him. A Divine Dissatisfaction is essential for KINGDOM APOSTOLIC LEADERSHIP PROGRESS:
Ps. 42:1-2
"As the heart panteth after the water brooks, so panteth my soul after thee, O God. My soul thirsteth for God,for the living God: when shall I come and appear before God?
This should be the mind set every Kingdom Apostolic Leader needs,to fulfill their calling in any ministry of this Great Kingdom of God.
Love,
Bishop T. W. Jackson I, ThM
